浅埋坚硬煤层工作面端头区域支护技术研究

Support technology research on working face ends area in shallow buried hard coal seam

摘要:

针对盛鑫煤矿浅埋坚硬煤层51101综采工作面端头区域的支护技术难题,通过现场调研及工程类比等方法,对其围岩变形的影响因素及破坏特征进行了分析,并确定出工作面端头区域支护参数。运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对支护前后巷道围岩位移场变化进行对比分析,分析得出顶板最大下沉量、底板变形量及两帮收敛值明显降低,支护参数合理可行。现场实践表明:51101工作面端头区域围岩变形速度及围岩变形量都在安全合理范围之内,实现了矿井的安全高效开采,同时为相似工程地质条件下的工作面端头区域支护技术提供一定借鉴。

Abstract:

Aiming to solve the support problems occurs in 51101 working face ends area of Shengxin coal mine, by means of fields investigation and engineering analogy, the surrounding rock failure feature and its influence factors were analyzed, and then the support parameters were determined. Furthermore, the displacement field changes with support was analyzed in comparison without support by using the FLAC3D. The analysis shows that the value of maximum roof subsidence, floor deformation and coal sides convergence decrease obviously and the support parameters are rational. Besides, fields practice demonstrates the surrounding rock deformation rate and amount in 51101 working face ends area are both in reasonable range, which not only achieves the goal of safe and efficiency mining, but provides some technical reference for the working face ends area support with the similar engineering geological conditions.
